Return & Refund Policy
Our return and refund policy is valid within 24 hours of delivery. If 24 hours have passed since you received your order, we cannot offer a replacement, refund, or exchange.
To be eligible for a claim, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
To complete your claim, we require a full unboxing video as proof of the damage or defect. Please read the unboxing video requirement carefully before reaching out.
Unboxing Video Requirement
All claims must be supported by a single, uninterrupted unboxing video that clearly shows the sealed parcel with shipping label, the complete opening process, and the damage, defect, or incorrect item. Videos recorded after opening will not be accepted. Claims without this proof cannot be reviewed.
Non-Returnable Items
Several items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Sale or discounted items
- Custom or personalised orders
- Items without unboxing video proof
- Items that are used, worn, or tampered with
- Items reported after 24 hours of delivery
Refunds
Once your claim is received and verified, we will notify you of the approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund yet, first check your bank account. Then contact your bank or card provider, as processing times may vary. If you have done this and still have not received your refund, contact us at sarahartjewellery@gmail.com.
Sale Items
Only regular priced items are eligible for review. Sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged under any circumstances.
Exchanges
We only replace items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect. If you need a replacement, email us at sarahartjewellery@gmail.com with your order details and unboxing video.
Shipping Returns
You are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.
