Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Timeline

Once dispatched, delivery timelines are as follows:

• Metro cities: 4-7 working days
• Other locations: 7-10 working days

Please note these are estimated timelines. Actual delivery may vary depending on your location and courier partner availability.

Shipping Charges

We offer free shipping on all orders above ₹1499. A nominal shipping fee of ₹70 to ₹90 will be applied to orders below this amount at checkout. Please note the shipping fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared with you via SMS, Email, or WhatsApp. Please ensure your contact details are accurate at the time of placing your order.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please double check your delivery address before confirming your order. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, unreachable contact number, or failed delivery attempts, reshipping charges will apply.
